The check-in process was rather slow. At 15:40 (after waiting 30 minutes) my room was still not ready. At least counter staff should inform customer that our room is not ready yet instead of just telling us to wait. Please be frank!!! The room and toilet floors are slightly dusty and dirty. Lastly, the lifts are very very slow and always seems to be full. For a hotel with 23 levels, shouldn't there be at least 8 serviceable lifts. Unfortunately, currently there are only THREE(3) serviceable lifts!!! Except for the above dissatisfactions, overall my stay at this hotel has been memorable.

A good newly built hotel with a spacious room and a good selection of breakfast buffet. Splash park for the kids. A bit dusty on the floor inside the room. More water attractions would be better. Hotel to go to if you don't want to spend time at the beach. Overall very satisfied and would come again.

Terjemahan ke Bahasa Inggeris: Pros: 1. An attractive and safe splash park for children, with a spacious pool. 2. A variety of food options available during breakfast. 3. Ample parking space, making it convenient for guests. Cons: 1. The location is far from the beach, with no nearby shops. 2. Only three elevators are available, causing congestion during peak hours — guests have to queue to use the lift to access their rooms. 3. No trolleys provided for check-in and check-out. 4. Water pressure in the room is very-very low.          5. It is recommended that the splash park area be equipped with more shaded huts and seating for parents. The area is currently very hot due to thelack of trees, as it still newly developed.

Tiada kolam dewasa.. pantai teluk ketapang, bandar PD 11km.. tiada kedai/restoran berhampiran. Bilik luas. Breakfast terbaik! Wide spread dan sedap. Waterpark utk kids 9 tahun ke bawah dan luas. Lift masa 7.30pm kene beratur panjang. Lift masa check out ok. Check in laju. Tandas sumbat tapi maintainance laju je datang baiki. Mineral water botol tiada disediakan. Seterika kene request. Toileteries lengkap berus gigi. Bilik 6 org selesa. Bateri remote tv dan aircond kene share. Malas pulak mintak kt kaunter. Staf cafe very welcoming dan cekap.

A very new hotel, currently in soft launch. Glad I booked the seaview room, the view is really nice and peaceful. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is big too. Staff were super friendly, and there’s Netflix and YouTube, so it’s great even if you just stay in. The splash park is open for kids now, and the adult area will be opening soon. Will definitely choose Quest Hotel again next time I’m in PD!

Huge room n comfortable too.great service.but do come early for breakfast as during the weekend there will be a long queue waiting.overall it’s a good new hotel.
